Job Kaka (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Job Kaka website at https://www.jobkaka.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and controls available to you.
By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. Terms used here have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Who We Are and How to Contact Us
Job Kaka operates this Service and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email us at contact@jobkaka.com.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. If you email us or submit a comment, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, postal address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, we and our advertising and analytics partners automatically collect:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address — used to deliver the site, derive approximate location (typically country, state or city level), and detect fraud and abuse.
- Device and browser identifiers — including cookie IDs, advertising identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, screen and viewport size, device type and language settings.
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring page, links and ads clicked, date and time of visit, time spent on pages, and scroll or interaction events.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address. We do not collect GPS-level precise location. Our advertising partners may request precise location from your device, but only where your device and browser settings permit it and, where legally required, only with your consent. You can refuse or withdraw this at any time in your device or browser location settings.
- Advertising interaction data — ad impressions, clicks, viewability and related measurement signals.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask you to submit financial account details, government identity numbers or passwords through this Service.
Why We Process Your Information
We and our partners process the information above for the following purposes:
- Operating the Service — delivering pages, remembering preferences and maintaining site functionality.
- Security, fraud detection and prevention — detecting invalid traffic, bots, scraping, spam and abuse, and protecting the Service and its users.
- Analytics and site improvement — understanding which pages and job listings are useful so we can improve content and performance.
- Advertising — showing ads that fund the Service. This includes contextual advertising (based on the page you are viewing) and, where you consent, personalised advertising (based on your interests inferred from your browsing across sites and apps).
- Ad measurement and reporting — counting impressions and clicks, preventing the same ad from being repeated excessively (frequency capping), and reporting aggregate performance to advertisers.
- Legal compliance — meeting our legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.
Where the law requires consent (for example in the EEA and the UK), we rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and funding the Service. You may withdraw consent at any time — see Your Choices and Opt-Out Options below.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We and our partners also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and software development kits. The Service uses the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site and for storing your privacy choices. Examples:
FCCDCFandFCNEC(your consent choices, set by Google’s consent management platform);wp-settings-*(preferences for signed-in administrators only). - Analytics — Google Analytics 4, measurement ID
G-8E8VCEWV1J, loaded through Google Tag Manager containerGTM-M78QBW4. Examples:_gaand_ga_8E8VCEWV1J, typically stored for up to 24 months. - Advertising — set by Google and Meta to deliver, limit, measure and (with consent) personalise ads. Examples:
__gadsand__gpi(up to 13 months),__eoi(up to 6 months),__gsas(session),_gcl_au(Google Ads conversion linking, up to 90 days) and_fbp(Meta Pixel, up to 90 days).
Exact cookie lifetimes are set by the providers and may change. You can control or delete cookies at any time using your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
Third-Party Advertising and Analytics Partners
The Service is funded by advertising. We work with the following partners, who may set cookies and receive the automatically collected information described above:
- Google AdSense (publisher ID
ca-pub-7506518501886922) and Google Ad Manager / AdX — ad serving, measurement and, with consent, personalisation. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. - MonetizeMore — our authorised advertising manager, which operates demand partners on our behalf. The complete, current list of companies authorised to sell or broker advertising on this Service is published at https://www.jobkaka.com/ads.txt.
- Google Analytics 4 — audience and traffic measurement. See how Google Analytics uses data.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel) — advertising measurement and audience building. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
These partners are independent controllers of the data they collect through their own technologies, and their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Managing Your Consent
Where required by law, we present a consent message powered by Google’s consent management platform before advertising and analytics cookies are set. Your choices are stored in the FCCDCF and FCNEC cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your cookies for this site and reloading the page, which will present the consent message again.
Your Choices and Opt-Out Options
You can limit or switch off personalised advertising and tracking using the direct controls below.

Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete it or retain it in aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
- Web server access and error logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) — retained for 14 days, then automatically deleted. Used for security, fraud and abuse detection and troubleshooting.
- Google Analytics event and user data — retained for up to 14 months, after which Google deletes the event-level data. Aggregated, non-identifying reports may be kept for longer.
- Advertising cookies and ad interaction data — retained for the cookie lifetimes listed above, up to a maximum of 24 months, unless you delete them sooner. Data held independently by Google and Meta is retained under their own published retention schedules.
- Comments (name, email address, IP address and user agent submitted with a comment) — retained for as long as the comment remains published on the Service. If you ask us to delete a comment, we remove it and its associated data.
- Email correspondence sent to contact@jobkaka.com — retained for up to 24 months from our last exchange with you, then deleted, unless we must keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation or to establish or defend a legal claim.
- Backups — automated infrastructure snapshots are retained on a rolling basis for 7 days. Deleted data may persist in a backup until that backup expires.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to a data protection authority.
- India — rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination.
- EEA and UK — rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
- California — rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@jobkaka.com with details of your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting. Because much of the data described above is stored against cookie identifiers rather than your name, please tell us which browser and device you used so we can locate the relevant records.
International Transfers
We are based in India. Our advertising and analytics partners operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Those partners rely on their own safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. The Service is served over encrypted HTTPS connections and access to our systems is restricted. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links To Other Sites
Our Service contains links to official recruitment websites, notification documents and other third-party sites that we do not operate. If you click such a link you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers.
Compliance With Laws
We will disclose your personal information where we are required to do so by law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted.
